Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Saturday 14 March 2020 that the New Zealand government is enforcing strict measures with regards to arrivals into New Zealand, we are experiencing unprecedented levels of enquiry from our customers and our usual response times have been severely impacted.

We are prioritizing our customers travel plans based on departure date order. In the first instance, we are giving urgent priority to those customers due to depart within the next 48 hours. If your travel is not within 48 hours we will be in touch as soon as possible .

Rescheduling and Cancellations
For our clients who have had their travel plans impacted by Covid-19, in many cases we’ve been able to amend their travel to a later date or a new destination. For those who have decided to cancel outright, we will do all possible to secure some level of refund on your behalf, or secure a credit to be utilised for future travel.

For those travelling after 30 June 2020
Where there is no benefit to cancelling early on in the piece, and you are not negatively impacted by holding off, a ‘wait and see’ approach can be the better option. A supplier cancelling a service can mean more favourable refund conditions, so in some cases this is something I will implore you to do, ensuring you fully understand the options that are available to you.
